E-Learning

In the current business climate, it's not always possible for people to take time away from the office for a day's training.  We can provide you with all the materials you need for staff to learn at their own pace, as and when time permits.  Materials can be provided on CD or DVD, streamed from a private area on this site, installed on your own intranet or LMS, viewed on a tablet or iPad during your commute, or in pretty-much any format you like.  Here are some brief examples.

Interactive Websites

Your customers expect you to have a website that they can access and navigate quickly and easily.  LDnH can create interactive websites for you (like this one), with discussion forums, easily-updated news pages, contact forms, and all the kinds of interactive content we have come to expect.  We can then train you how to maintain the site yourself.  Use the contact form and we'll get back to you to discuss your requirements.

Virtual Classrooms and 'Webinars'

Conference calling and similar technologies have been used in the USA for many years due to the time and expense involved in travelling in such a large country.  With transport costs going through the roof, it could be time for us to adopt similar methods in the UK.

Software now exists to allow clients to view the trainer's desktop, to have a particular task demonstrated before trying it themselves.  The trainer can then view the client's desktop to assist with the task.  Our preferred system is Cisco Webex and we have Webex courses ready to run, so you can learn new applications without leaving the office, or from the comfort of your own home.

Use the contact form and we can arrange a demonstration.

Template Development

A well-written template not only reflects a company's brand, but can also save hours of time, maintain consistency throughout documents and protect content. We can develop templates for Office documents (such as Word and PowerPoint) and websites.

Technical Documentation

If technical documentation is not clearly-written, with appropriate pictures and diagrams, it will tend to be ignored.  We have written technical documentation for just about everything over the years, from stock control systems to semiconductor processing equipment.  We can give this to you in just about any format you like, from paper to 'Flash' animations for PC or tablet.  We also know how to spell and where to put apostrophes!
